These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Jobbi ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms may change from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing them each time you use the Service.
Account means your registered user account.
AI Features means AI-powered CV and cover letter evaluation tools.
Paid Plan means a subscription plan requiring payment.
Service means the Jobbi website, application, and related features.
Terms means these Terms and Conditions.
User Content means data and materials you upload or submit, including CVs, cover letters, job entries, notes, and profile information.
By creating an account, signing in, or using Jobbi, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Jobbi is a job-tracking application that lets you save and manage job opportunities, track application statuses, store and evaluate CVs and cover letters using AI, view salary comparisons across currencies, and visualise your pipeline on a map.
Jobbi provides organisational and informational tools only. Jobbi is not a recruitment agency, financial advisor, legal advisor, immigration advisor, or professional licensing body.

You must not use the Service where doing so would be unlawful. Providing false eligibility information is a breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Authentication is provided via Supabase, including email/password and Google Sign-In. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your Account. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably suspect unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
Jobbi offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans unlock additional features and higher usage limits. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the applicable fees and billing terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
You authorise recurring charges where applicable until you cancel. We do not store your full payment card details. Refunds, if any, are handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the payment processor.
Jobbi uses Google Gemini to provide AI-powered CV and cover letter evaluations. AI-generated feedback is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional career advice. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
Usage of AI features is subject to plan limits. Evaluation results are cached to reduce redundant processing; you can regenerate evaluations at any time within your plan limits.
By using AI Features, you instruct us to process relevant User Content with third-party AI providers to deliver requested outputs and related Service functionality, subject to our agreements with those providers and their applicable terms.
You may upload CVs, cover letters, and other documents to Jobbi. You retain full ownership of all content you upload. You grant us the rights needed to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service, including sending document text to AI providers for evaluation when you request it.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit. Do not upload documents containing sensitive personal data of third parties without their consent.
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights and does not violate applicable law.

The app relies on third-party services including Supabase (authentication and data storage), Vercel (hosting), Mapbox (map and location search), Google Gemini (AI evaluation), LemonSqueezy (payments), and PostHog (analytics, session replay, and feature flags). Your use of features powered by these services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
You retain ownership of data you submit, including job entries, uploaded documents, and profile information. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that data solely to operate and improve the service.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms, and continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service.
All intellectual property rights in the Service (excluding your User Content) are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-generated content, salary conversions, and eligibility assessments are provided as guidance only and may contain errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated feedback, salary data, or eligibility assessments.
To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or connected with the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory statutory rights.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service, users, or third parties.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page unless otherwise stated.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a business user, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights to bring claims in your country of residence under applicable mandatory consumer laws.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
